I recently retired my old SCV license plate. No sad good-byes, though. The plate will occupy a hallowed place of honor on my basement office wall (much to my wife's sore displeasure).
Hey Stephen! General Lee is, after Washington, Virginia's favorite son. Born here, defended the Commonwealth, and died and is buried here. The plate was only available this year. It had been proposed by the SCV in 2006 to coincide with General Lee's 200th birthday in 2007. Better late than never!

Is that a tribute to me?

Absolutely! You chose a good woman, sir.
Dear Sir ,

Excellent choice!
How did y'all get that option up in VA? All our tags (except for SCV) scream socialism. It's been several years since they took off "Heart of Dixie".
