Hmmm, being a native Floridian, I would have to tell these fellows that there is plenty of great BBQ in Florida, and YES, lots of real Southerners. Go Gators!
That was great! Except in north and central Alabama we've got tomato based sauces. I've never had mayo based! But it's totally sacrilegious to refer to barbecue as a verb here!
