If you've never seen the classic film, Boys Town starring Mickey Rooney and Spencer Tracy, you must take the time over Christmas. With scenes of Christmas, it could be considered a holiday classic, but it is much more. Based on the true story of a tough Catholic priest who takes in homeless, wayward boys and turns them into responsible men, the film is an investment in inspiration. I just got a DVD copy in the mail from Blockbuster and, along with It's A Wonderful Life, Scrooge, and a few others, I will spend some down time next week watching these holiday classics.
