Well, I assume that if these folks had their way, all people exhibiting "non-perfect" traits would be aborted and we would live in a "retard" free world.
Liberals/leftists have always assumed that because "they care" they are immune to the crazy linguistic tyranny they like to impose on others. It's amusing when they get called-out on it.
Emmanuel's comments are really par for the course for this administration. Obama, the First Lady, and Eric Holder have all made inflammatory statements that I would characterize as anti-American. The Democratic party attempts to bill itself as the being for the people. Yet many seem to have an elitist attitude, as well as a general distaste for the average working class American.

Can't be too far from the truth. It was after all, Northern "progressives" who first flirted with the idea of eugenics.
Your point is well taken and I hasten to ad that these characterizations are not limited to one party. I guess it was really the "left" that I was attempting to define. It is largely the left on both sides of the Atlantic that has the post-national,multi-cultural,self loathing mentality. The belief that the (insert country here) is only great insofar as it can be radically transformed into the social utopia that they in vision. This leads to a natural elitism, as these beliefs often clash with the "people",who usually only wish to be free to manage their own lives.

Of course, they get a pass.
I am appauled that he would say that. Obama should fire him ASAP.

RR:
Republicans have their share of elitists as well, though not quite as many.
Mr. Williams
