Am I Dreaming?

Or does the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals support the concept of American Exceptionalism?

"The Pledge of Allegiance serves to unite our vast nation through the proud recitation of some of the ideals upon which our republic was founded," Judge Carlos Bea said in the majority opinion. (Emphasis mine).

It is great to see a Kallie Court show some common sense. Michael Newdow is a perfect example of why some people should be barred from Practicing LAW. He has done nothing since being admitted to the bar but waste my Tax dollars.

Common sense in the 9th Circuit is rare indeed. In my opinion, He should be sanctioned and fined for bringing a frivolous suit. That would likely put a stop to his nonsense.

They're probably tired of getting slapped down on appeals. They're rate of reversals is one of, if not THE, highest in the Nation.

See:

(80% reversal rate.)

Which goes to prove what whacky leftists they are.
