Nullification - From The Left Coast
Californians are attempting to decriminalize marijuana in defiance of the federal government. Does this act of nullification make Californians Neo-Confederates? Well of course not! That doesn't fit the template silly man!

John C. Calhoun smiles down upon the Golden State. And not because he agrees with them about marijuana.
United Press International, Fox News, and others report that on May 5 several students at a northern California high school were sent home because their clothing displayed the flag of the United States. Perhaps secession is next?
I don't know, the men of that age would probably have looked upon hemp the same way they looked at tobacco.
Oh well, as long they don't open fire on the Presidio or something like that :-)
Not to worry. Probably not the best aim.
California wont secede. They would have to pay their own bills if they did that!
