David,As I understand it, this is one of a series of local "town hall" type events that Christie has been conducting throughout New Jersey. Unlike Obama, Christie doesn't pack his events with rabid supporters who then throw him softballs. His low-key yet extremely direct style, combined with his mastery of detailed facts and ability to explain their significance, is magnificent. Would that more conservatives had the guts - and the ability - to articulate the case against the politics of guilt as Christie does.
