Speaking Of Lincoln Day Proclamations

Congressman Allen West makes his proclamation at a Lincoln Day Dinner. And he does mention slavery, so all the professional historians and pundits should be happy.

I sure hope he runs for President one day.

A brokered convention. Brewer/West 2012.
It's the only conservative hope.
Romney..Newt..et al. equals chum for the shark infested waters of the mass media. They're drooling over the prospect.

Hadn't heard about him (not being from Florida) much before you started talking about him. I need to look into his bio a little further but he seems on the surface to be a fresh voice a whole lot of common sense. I am going to share this around...

You need to read the story of how/why he left the Army. Quite inspiring, at least to me. I think he'd make an outstanding President.

That's not my read Frank. If you read the whole thing in context, I actually think what West meant to say was "but get [it] the hell out of the United States of America."

But, I'm good either way. It's a free country, he can say whatever he wants.

3B - agreed. It appears to be the "source of record" for some. It's a leftie rag.
