A Southern Icon - Coca-Cola

I absolutely love this old photograph. Believe it or not, there are still a few of these old stores and community gathering places throughout the South.

Hat tip to A Continuous Lean.

Hi Michelle - isn't it wonderful! Thanks for commenting. Tell Michael I'll get back to him very soon. I've been swamped.

Looks like Taylor's General Store south of Oxford, Mississippi!

Could be, I don't know.

Not many stores left like that one across the South any more.

Not as many as there once was, but still a few. There's several here in my neck of the woods.
