More Political Censorship/Correctness From Academia

A Maryland college student has filed a lawsuit against her community college after school officials denied her request to start a conservative club on campus — a choice that she said infringes on her First Amendment rights.

On a related but unrelated note, I heard an interesting news piece the other day regarding colleges and sexual assault charges. It seems a good number have taken the "guilty until proven innocent" stance, and have lost in several court cases. How this relates seems to point to colleges making their own rulings without legal ground to stand on.
