Somethin' I Saw Today - Spring in Old Virginia 2018

I'm reminded daily of how blessed I am to live in rural western Virginia. This is especially apparent in spring. First image is of main street in my town - Stuarts Draft. Being able to see old farm sheds and horses grazing in a green meadow as you walk down the sidewalk is something special. The second image is looking southeast toward the Blue Ridge Mountains from Howardsville Turnpike in Augusta County. That view is practically my back yard.

Truly a beautiful area.

Yes it is. We tend to take our blessings for granted.
